Warranty when you buy in the US

S.E.T. Jamaica doesn't sell the products we recommend. You buy from the brand's US store, so the warranty is the brand's, under its own terms.

What to know before you buy

• Many US warranties only cover units bought and used in the US. EcoFlow's US warranty says it is valid only on products purchased and used in the United States; repairs from other regions are a paid service, with duties, taxes and shipping on the customer.
• Check each brand's policy on its US store before you buy, and keep your order confirmation and serial number.
• Want a local warranty? Buy from an authorised seller in Jamaica instead (for EcoFlow, that's ATL). It usually costs more, and the warranty is handled here.

If something goes wrong

• Contact the brand's support first, with your order number and serial number.
• Many problems are settings: check the unit is charged, the AC output is switched on, and it's set to 50Hz where the model needs it.
• Is the load too big? Check the watts against the unit's rating (see our sizing guide).
